A total of 12 resolutions were submitted to the Verkhovna Rada to cancel the results of voting for the relevant law (№ 2194-P - 2194-P11). Parliamentarians did not support any of them.
The draft law № 2194 will be signed by the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov and President Volodymyr Zelensky.
As it was reported, on April 28, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill № 2194 in the second reading and as a whole, which, among other things, allows foreigners to buy non-agricultural land plots in Ukraine outside the settlements. 284 parliamentarians voted for the bill.
The law proposes to allow communities to dispose of agricultural land, which includes all steppes and meadowlands. Local governments will be able to manage lands outside the settlements.
