According to RBK Ukraine, in the courtroom Yuriy Krysin declared he admitted his guilt.

“I completely admit my guilt and I repent. I ask to leave the decision made by Shevchenkovskiy Court without any changes,” Krysin stated after the court debates.

It should be noted that Krysin is involved in the case of assault on Vyacheslav Veremiy, the journalist of Vesti news agency. He was accused of organizing a group, which attacked the journalist’s car and beat him with batons. It is still unknown who exactly shot the journalist dead.

The Court sentenced Krysin to four years suspended and obligated to pay for court costs. The judge recognized his actions as hooliganism and found two mitigating circumstances – young children and repentance.

Earlier, someone threw green dye over Yuriy Krysin in the Heart Center on February 26. I was noted that Krysin, taking a bed in the children’s wing in the center, tried to hide from prosecution as the Court of Appeal session on Veremiy’s murder was expected soon.
