In Kharkiv, unknown people abused a monument to the soldiers of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Kharkiv region.

It is reported that the report came to Kyiv police station on March 13 at 19:00. Investigative group that arrived at the place found that the unknown drew a swastika with a red paint on the monument.

The incident was registered in the Journal of Unified Register of Offenses. At the moment, the question of the qualification of the incident is being decided.

As it was reported earlier in the center of Kharkiv, unknown people painted a monument of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) soldiers in the colors of the Polish flag on February 13. The unknown people painted white and red bands on the monument to the deceased soldiers of UPA in Kharkiv. 

The incident was reported to the Kyiv police department on February 13 at 14:00. The police investigated the scene immediately.
