Uzhhorod premier Deputy Mayor Ishvan Tsap came to regional Prosecutor’s Office after Prosecutor General’s Office announced about disclosure of his corruption schemes. This was reported by 112 Ukraine TV channel.

Ishtvan Tsap declared that these accusations were politically motivated.

"Judging from the agiotage surrounding this case, there is a reason to believe that it was thoroughly set up. There are many enemies. At the beginning of term, we have initiated a moratorium on the allocation of free land, and they are tempted by it," Tsap said.

Ishvan Tsap denies all accusations of Prosecutor General’s Office. He said he knew businessman who accused him. And that businessman proposed a bribe himself before he was chased away.

Earlier it was reported that Prosecutor General's Office incriminates Tsap extortion of 1,5 thousand dollars from a businessman for land privatization permission.

Earlier the judge was detained for $22 thousand bribe in Kyiv. The judge of Solomensky Court of Kyiv and his mediator, the director of a law firm, were detained.
