Wilbur Ross, U.S. States Secretary of Commerce, will negotiate with the representatives of the European Union concerning tariff reduction against the USA, Donald Trump said on Monday.

As we reported earlier, U.S. President claimed, that the state will impose customs duties on steel in the amount of 25% and on aluminium - 10%. According to him, the duties will remain in force within a long period of time. Besides, earlier, he said that "when a country loses lots of billions of dollars on trade with almost every country, trade wars are relevant and it is easy to win it".
