Russia claimed that Ukrainian Navy vessel Donbas has been moving towards the Kerch Strait. FSB, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation demands that the ship change course, TASS reports.
According to the FSB, at approximately 9 a.m. on December 9, Ukraine's ship left the raidstead near the docks of Mariupol, Donetsk region and moved towards Kerch Strait, which separates Crimean peninsula from Russia.
"At the moment, Donbas is at a distance of 18 nautical miles to the Kerch Strait and does not comply with requests to change course. These actions create a threat to navigation safety", the FSB reports.
In their commentary for the RBC-Ukraine, Ukraine's State Border Guard claimed it had no information about this situation.
