Ukrainian singer Vakarchuk to present his political party

On May 16, Ukrainian singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk will announce the creation of Golos (“voice” in English, - ed.) political party. He might take part in the parliamentary elections with the newly created group. Vakarchuk published the announcement of the event on his Facebook page.

“Friends, come tomorrow to the observation deck near the museum of the history of Ukraine to hear the new voice with me,” he wrote.

The event starts at 11 am Kyiv time.

Pravda new agency confirmed that Vakarchuk’s party will have the name Golos.

Earlier, media reported that the leader of Ukraine’s band Okean Elzy Svyatoslav Vakarchuk would participate in the parliamentary elections in Ukraine and would present his team soon.
