Due to the change of the epidemic situation in a number of cities and districts, Ukrainian Railways has resumed the sale of train tickets from stations where the sale of tickets was previously suspended since September 21, the company's press service reports.
"September 21, Ukrainian Railways, in connection with the change of the epidemic situation in Ivano-Frankivsk, Kolomyia, Izmail, Dubno, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, as well as in Novoselytsky and Rivne districts, will resume ticket sales for a number of trains from stations where ticket sale was temporarily suspended," the statement informs.
So, a ticket sale from Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Izmail, Dubno, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Novoselytsia, and Klevan stations will be available again.
The press service notes that all passenger trains undergo intensive disinfection before and after the run. Train crews are provided with personal protective equipment, have undergone appropriate training and medical examination.
As it was reported earlier, Ukrainian Railways resume full-fledged passenger service however everything depends on Ukraine’s epidemiological situation.
