Ukrainian TV presenter and showman Serhiy Prytula announced that he will be running for Mayor of Kyiv. He said this during the meeting of the Voice Party.
“I live here, so I understand that the only way to change something around us is to take up responsibility. Responsibility differs from indifference in one thing - action. We are ready to take responsibility. And today I am ready to say - I live here, in Kyiv, in the capital of Ukraine - and I am going to run for the Kyiv Mayor,” he said.
He added that he is running together with a team of real professionals.
“You will not find wedding photographers, my godparents, or participants in the Varyaty show. When I become a mayor, I will not get bored in a year, and I will not resign,” the showman said.
