"Zoria-Marshproekt", the research and production complex that specializes in a gas turbine construction held the successful testing of new 32-MWt turbine that has no parallel in the world. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko claimed this during the visit to the plant as 112 Ukraine reported.

"I can proceed to the next festive that we celebrate exactly today. Today, the successful testing of the new unit, a new 32-MWt turbine that has no parallel in the world took place. Look, who are our competitors – General Electric, Siemens," Poroshenko claimed.

According to the president, the first contracts for more than $12.9 million were received by the plant.

"It is more than $10.7 million already and with the installation, it is $12.9 million I think – it is the first contracts that were received by "Zoria". But it is only the beginning. We expect that in two-three years, the value of orders will reach more than $89.5 million. It is the funds of the Ukrainian customer who finances the Ukrainian producer," Poroshenko claimed.

Today, Petro Poroshenko pays a working visit to the only plant in the Eastern Europe that produces the turbines, particularly for the battleships.
