Ukrainian Parliament Committee on Regulation and Work Organization postponed the consideration of the submissions of Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on MP Nadia Savchenko for March 22 as the website of the parliament reported.
The committee will consider the submissions of Lutsenko 'On providing of permit for the bearing to responsibility of MP Nadia Savchenko', 'On providing of permit for detention of Savchenko' and 'On providing of permit for the choosing of the restrictive measure in the form of arrest for Savchenko'.
The committee will consider them at 8:30 am and at 10:00 am the planned session of the Verkhovna Rada will take place.
Earlier Lutsenko claimed during his speech at the parliament that Savchenko personally planned, recruited and ordered how to hold the terrorist attack in the Verkhovna Rada, destroying two lodges, governmental and post, by the combat grenades, bringing down the dome of the Verkhovna Rada by the mortar launchers and killing the survived with the assault rifles.
Also, Lutsenko made three submissions to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on MP Nadia Savchenko.
Ruban was detained on March 8 at the Ukrainian checkpoint at the demarcation line of Donbas Conflict zone. It is stated that Ruban is suspected in the illegal handling of arms, preparation of a crime and terrorist action. Later the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv arrested Volodymyr Ruban, the Leader of Center of POW Release 'Officer Corps' for 60 days without a right to the bail.
On March 20, Kyiv Court of Appeal refused to change the measure of restraint for the head of the "Officer Corps" Center for the Release of Prisoners Volodymyr Ruban, thus leaving him in custody.
