Ukrainian MP Boryslav Rosenblat asks Kyiv District Administrative Court to ban Artem Sytnyk to discharge the mandate of the director of National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), as the press office of the court reported.

It was noted that Kyiv District Administrative Court received a lawsuit of Rosenblat against President Poroshenko and NABU Head Sytnyk.

“The claimant asks the court to define that President of Ukraine does not have the mandate to appoint the Head of National Anti-Corruption Bureau. He also demands to define that Sytnyk does not have the competence to act as NABU Head and recognizing his actions on this post illegal,” the message reads.

The court examines the materials of the lawsuit and decides on the opening of a proceeding on the administrative case.
