Ukrainian movieMy Thoughts Are Silent directed by Antonio Lukich received an award from the jury of Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, as Ukrainian State Film Agency reported.

The tragic comedy My Thoughts Are Silent, which was Lukich’ first feature film is a story about a young soundman Vadym. After failures at work and in his personal life, Vadym got a chance to start over. A simple task – to record the voices of Zakarpattia animals – might give him an opportunity to leave “uncomfortable Ukraine” and move to “attractive Canada”. Far away from the problems. Yet, things get worse when his mother becomes his fellow in his new work.
