Ukrainian Anastasiia Zinchenko published a record of her conversation with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The head of the state promised to find a way to return her and the dog to Ukraine. Zinchenko published the video on Instagram.

“We will not leave you there. I decided to call you personally because it is very important for me. We will surely find means and ways. I have just recently found out this issue that they were afraid to take the dog. It is understandable; everyone is nervous a bit,” he said.

Anastasiia regards the situation with favor and mentioned in the description to the video that the president cheered her up and promised to solve her issues.

The official sources of the president and President’s Office did not publish information about the talk.

On February 20, during the evacuation of the Ukrainians from Chinese city Wuhan, Anastasiia Zinchenko refused to fly because her dog was not allowed to enter the board.

Earlier it was reported that four people, three citizens of Ukraine and one foreigner, were not allowed to the board of the evacuation plane.

On February 20, the Boeing 737-800 landed in Kharkiv city. It carried the Ukrainians who were evacuated from China so as to save them from the raging coronavirus. According to Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry, none of the passengers were sick or showed any symptoms of the disease. The Interior Ministry decided that the citizens will be put on the quarantine in Novi Sanzhary, Poltava region, central Ukraine.
