Ukrainian language audio-guides will appear in three world-famous museums: the Colosseum (Italy), the Palace of Versailles (France) and Yad Vashem (Israel), as the President’s Office reported citing first lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
“First lady Olena Zelenska participated in the International Forum of Cultural Diplomacy; in her speech, she announced the creation of the Ukrainian audio-guides in three world-famous museums,” the message said.
It is noted that the audio recordings for the Colosseum are ready and they were passed for integration into the system of the audio-guides of the museum; the memorandums with the Palace of Versailles and Yad Vashem were signed recently.
Seven Ukrainian language audio-guides are already launched: in the Austrian Albertina museum and Kunsthistorisches Museum; Turkish Dolmabahçe Palace, Ephesus Archaeological Museu, and Goreme National Park; Azerbaijani Carpet Museum and Latvian National Museum of Art. Three more audio-guides for the museums of Montenegro, Italy and Lithuania are at the stage of the translation and recording.
As we reported, Olena Zelenska visited the museum of Tower of London and signed the Memorandum on the creation of the first-ever Ukrainian language audio-guide in the territory of Britain.
