First of all, the issue is about the return of more than 20 people convicted for the transport of the illegals and then was conditionally released but cannot leave Greece.

At the same time, Ukraine and Greece already reached some particular agreements on the permission for the citizens of Ukraine, the members of Mekong Spirit to return home.
