Ukrainian movie If We Had Tomorrow is a surrealist drama and a creative debut of young Ukrainian film director Anastasiia Yevchenko. The movie received the award as Best Short Film at Barcelona International Film Festival that took place on January 4-8 in Barcelona as movies’ Facebook reported.
“We did it again. Best Short Film at Barcelona International Film Festival is our first award in 2021! We're so proud and thankful to receive this award!,” the message said.
It is noted that in 2020, the Ukrainian movie visited almost all continents from North and South America to Australia; participated at 29 international film festivals; received 34 awards and honorable mentions and it was presented at 60 categories.
The movie is about war, human values, love and family.
As we reported, Ukraine's sport drama film Pulse, based on the real-life story of Ukrainian champion Oksana Boturchuk will become the opening picture of the Flathead Lake International Cinemafest in the U.S. The event will be held in Polson (Montana, USA).
