Ukrainian dies in car accident in Russia

One of the injured Ukrainians is still in severe condition in an intensive care

Ukrainian driver died in a hospital after a car accident in Voronezh region, Russia. Serhii Pohoreltsev, Director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine claimed this, Unian reports. 

'The driver of the "Opel" VAN, the citizen of Ukraine received severe brain-trauma in a car accident, he was in a coma and after six-hours surgery he died,' the diplomat claimed.

The body of the driver was referred for a forensic medical examination. The relatives of the dead yet arrived in the hospital.  

According to Pohoreltsev, two injured Ukrainians have already left the hospital.  

'Yet three Ukrainians are in the hospital, one of the is in a serious condition in an intensive care,' the Representative of the MFA added.
