Ukrainian cadets to continue training at Royal Air Force College of UK in 2018

Viktor Muzhenko, the Head of General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and Sir Stephen Hillier, Chief of the Air Staff of the UK discussed the perspectives of the continuation of the training of the Ukrainian pilots in the Royal Air Force College as the press service of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine reported.

'We will carry on teaching the Ukrainian cadets in our military educational institutions in 2018', Hillier claimed.

Also, they discussed the issues of the material, technical and advisory support for the equipping of the Center for Сombat Use of Aviation of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the complex modernization of the particular airfields.

The Royal Air Force College is the first in the world aviation academy founded in 1919. It provides the basic training of the cadets of the flying crew. The Ukrainian cadets take the course for the flying crew of the army within the British mission Orbital.

Earlier the Defense Ministry reported that more than 5, 000 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine passed the international drills since 2015.
