The leader of Servant of the People party Dmytro Razumkov believes that Ukraine’s delegation withdrawal from the organization was meaningless, as he said on air of Persona grata program on Ukrainian radio.

“The position of Servant of the People is the following – withdrawal from PACE is inappropriate, as later, when we will go in the Parliament, we will not be able to represent Ukraine on this stage,” Razumkov said.

Yet, he has noted that the position of the new Verkhovna Rada, which will be elected on July 21, will influence the future in this regard.

On June 25, Ukrainian MP Leonid Yemets stated that Ukraine’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to cease participation in PACE.
