Workers of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the member of the drug organization called Khimprom, which intimidated witnesses of the organization's activity. The man tried to escape beyond Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The intruder set fire witnesses' apartments and shelled their private houses with grenade launchers. The man was detained in Kalanchak checkpoint, from which he tried to escape to occupied Crimea.
The villains wanted to wait out on the peninsula and come back to their drug activities again.
The intruder was reported on the suspicion in creating a criminal organization. The law enforcement agency submitted a request to a court for applying the preventive measure for the detained.
Previously, the Security Service of Ukraine detained the Israeli drug lord Amos Dov Silver. He escaped from the intelligence services during an extradition attempt at Boryspil Airport.
“As a result of urgent operational measures, the Security Service of Ukraine detained Israeli citizen Amos Dov Silver in one of the regions of our country. He will be extradited in the near future, in accordance with current legislation,” SSU press service reported.
