Vladyslav Krykliy has headed the Ministry of Infrastructure in the newly-formed Cabinet of Ministers, headed by Oleksiy Goncharuk. Krykliy to replace Volodymyr Omelyan, who has been heading the ministry since April 2016.

Bio of Vladyslav Krykliy
Vladyslav Krykliy is a candidate of economic sciences. He is one of the reformers of service centers of Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Prior to joining the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he worked in the investment banking sector: he worked as the head of the securities market department at KB Interbank, and also worked in the corporate finance department at the investment company Astrum Investment Management. In 2011-2013 held the position of the Cinema Theater director.
From 2014 to 2015, he worked as an adviser to the Minister of the Interior on the implementation of information technologies.
In 2015, he became Deputy Head of the Department of the State Automobile Inspectorate and Chairman of Ukraine’s Main Service Center at MIA.
