The Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences predicts a low level of Covid-19 incidence for the new two weeks as the website of the academy reported.

From January 12 until January 18, the scientists predict the average incidence with coronavirus at the level of 5,545-6,937 new cases.

During the week January 19-25, the scientists predict an average of 4,663 new cases of Covid-19.

It is noted that during the past week, the rates of coronavirus spread in Ukraine continues to decrease.

Meanwhile, the death rate from coronavirus in Ukraine shows stable dynamics and remains within 1.5-2%. Besides, a decrease in the number of deaths from coronavirus infection at the hospitals is observed.

As we reported, in Ukraine, 5,116 people were infected with coronavirus over the last 24 hours. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,124,430 cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in the country: 812,368 people have recovered (+15,951 per day) and 20,019 people (+184 per day) have died from complications caused by the disease.
