The Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that the new attack would cost Russia a lot. He said this during the briefing.
"We are not trying to guess what’s in Putin’s head – it is useless. We are working to make it clear that a new attack on Ukraine will cost too much, so it is better not to do it," Kuleba said.
He noted that today the Foreign Ministry is working 24/7 to organize a high level of international support so that there is no new wave of war. Currently, the main goal is to deter Russia from further aggressive actions against Ukraine. He noted that Moscow must clearly understand what economic, political and human losses Russia will suffer in case of escalation.
"Ukraine stands for a comprehensive package to counter the Kremlin's aggressive intentions. It includes political and economic deterrence of Russia, as well as military assistance to Ukraine. This is the key task of diplomats," Kuleba explained.
