The Health Ministry of Ukraine has renewed the list of countries in ‘red’ and ‘green’ zones, considering the number of active cases of coronavirus disease per 100,000 of the population as the Health Ministry reported.
Ukraine has reduced the number of the ‘red’ zone countries up to 54.
Particularly, Bulgaria and Cyprus were included in the ‘red’ zone. The ‘green’ countries list includes Paraguay, Argentina, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Panama, Belarus, the UK, Ireland, Qatar and Portugal.
Such popular destinations as the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Israel, Slovakia, Albania, Hungary, Moldova, France, Poland and the U.S. remain in the ‘red’ zone.
The list of the ‘red’ zone countries is the next:
People who arrive in Ukraine from the ‘red’ zone should pass 14-day isolation or pass PCR-test for Covid-19. Besides, people may enter Ukraine if they carry a prepared test taken not later than 48 hours before the border crossing.
The ‘red’ zone includes states, where the number of new cases of coronavirus per 100,000 of the population during the past 14 days surpasses the same rate in Ukraine.
Earlier, Prime Minister Denys Shmygal claimed that the third wave of coronavirus pandemic has begun in Ukraine.
Besides, he underlined that if most of the Ukrainian regions end up in the red quarantine zone, there could be another lockdown in this country.
