‘On the basis of the recommendations of the commission and number of the lists of the State Audit Service, State Financial Inspection, State Treasury Service on the non-fulfillment of the demands of the supervisory bodies by the Medical University, the Health Ministry of Ukraine made a decision to prematurely tore up the contact with Kateryna Amosova’, the message said.
Particularly, as at March 2018, 12 points of the State Financial Inspection’s demands are not fulfilled as it was detected during the audition.
The proper order was signed on March 30, 2018. According to the order, Amosova will be dismissed from the post of the rector of Bogomolets National Medical University since April 16, 2018, due to the non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract.
As we reported the Commission of the Ministry of Health declared the work of Kateryna Amosova, the President of the Bogomolets National Medical University, unsatisfying and recommended to cancel the contract with her on March 30.
Earlier, the Administrative Court reinstated Amosova as the President of Bogomolets National Medical University on March 2.
