Ukrainian government would consider various ways to reduce price for gas. This was announced by the head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andriy Bohdan on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel during “The Pulse” political talk show.
“In fact, we talked about this with many experts - it is a big dialogue. However, we can take certain decisions after consulting with international partners, because Ukraine in dependent, unfortunately, on the previous government, on their decisions, largely dependent on the IMF and other organizations ... In this situation, we must agree on certain solutions, since reducing the gas price for several months can have very different consequences in the credit and banking policy,” Bohdan said.
Bohdan noted that the president’s most firm intention is to simplify the lives of Ukrainians as much as possible, especially in the terms of tariffs. “Of course, we will consider this way,” Bohdan added.
As it was reported earlier, at the meeting with Vice-President of the European Commission for the Energy Union Maroš Šefčovič President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the question of Russian gas transit through Ukraine.

In his bold speech, the new leader announced he would dismiss the Ukrainian Parliament. He also urged the Ukrainian Government to resign if they could not act effectively anymore.
