According to the Minister, the founder of “Opposition Platform – For Life” Yuriy Boyko and the Chairman of the political council f the part Viktor Medvedchuk used “a loophole in the law” when they went to Russia as earlier, irregular flights of the aircrafts not registered in Russia were not prohibited.

I should be noted that earlier State Investigation Bureau opened a probe on the grounds of a possible misconduct of the officials of State Border Guard Service and State Aviation Service as the founder of “Opposition Platform – For Life” Yuriy Boyko and the Chairman of the political council f the part Viktor Medvedchuk flew to Moscow.

Earlier, the presidential candidate Yuriy Boyko stated that there was no violations of law within this flight.

In his turn, Medvechuk considers such statement of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko a provocation and PR against the politicians.
