Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry demands from Russia to release Sushchenko

Moscow court to consider the appeal on illegal arrest of Ukrainian journalist today

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine once again demands to release of unlawfully arrested Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko. It is written in Twitter of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mariana Betsa.

"We demand to release  illegally detained journalist R. Sushchenko who is taken hostage by the aggressive policy of Russian Federation," she wrote.

Earlier it was reported that Sushchenko wrote a letter to Hollande asking for help. The letter was handed over to the French Foreign Ministry by Sushchenko’s lawyer last week.
