Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin bears full responsibility for the gap between Ukrainians and Russians. Kuleba wrote about this on his Twitter page.
"Ukrainians and Russians are two different peoples. We could live in the spirit of good neighborliness, but in 2014 Russia attacked Ukraine, killed thousands of people and grabbed a piece of territory. Vladimir Putin, who unleashed the aggression, bears full responsibility for the gap between Ukrainians and Russians," Kuleba wrote.
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba demands new NATO-Ukraine cooperation in the Black Sea. The minister made the corresponding statement on Twitter after the Russian military opened warning fire on the course of the British HMS Defender near the coast of the annexed Crimea.
"A clear proof of the Ukrainian position: the aggressive and provocative policy of the Russian Federation in the Black and Azov Seas, the occupation and militarization of Crimea constitute a constant threat to Ukraine and its allies. That is why I emphasize that a qualitatively new interaction between NATO and Ukraine in the Black Sea is needed," Kuleba wrote.
