The First Lady Marina Poroshenko presented a project “World Book” in Croatia and met with the Ukrainian military who are undertaking rehabilitation in Split, as the President’s Administration reports.
“Within a working visit to Republic of Croatia Marina Poroshenko, the President’s wife met with children of the Ukrainian community. Together they have created and filled new pages of a national project “World Book,” the message says.
“For more than four years our home state had to protect the borders. Brave Ukrainian soldiers are doing everything to return peace on motherland – for the sake of the future of the Ukrainian children,” Marina Poroshenko stated.
24 Ukraine’s regions have joined the project already along with the representatives of the diaspora in the U.S., Canada, Turkey, Portugal and Spain. On August 23, on the Day of Ukraine’s National Flag, a solemn presentation of this photo album will take place in Kyiv.
