The inner Ukrainian Covid-19 certificate should appear at Diya app on July 1, 2021, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation as the President’s Office reported.

The work on the creation of the so-called Covid-certificate continues in Ukraine.

Besides, the official launch of electronic sick leave took place. The relevant webinars were held with doctors. As of today, 109 healthcare facilities have tested the functionality and provided electronic medical conclusions.

Moreover, Health Minister of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko reported to President Volodymyr Zelensky about the situation with debt before the medical employees for April-May.

The President noted the necessity of harsh responsibility of officials for non-payment of money to doctors, up to dismissal and set a task to liquidate the debt as soon as possible.

Zelensky urged PM Denys Shmygal and the Health Minister to take the issue under their control.

The all-European system of Covid certificates is supposed to start working to full extent by July 1. Currently, these documents are issued in seven countries. Then Ukraine’s Health Minister Maksym Stepanov stated that Covid-19 certificates in Ukraine will include information on vaccination and they can be launched until July 1.
