2019 Budget allocated around 1,1 billion dollars to the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor). The 2019 Budget Act came into force on January 1.
The State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine will receive 1,1 billion dollars. 500 million dollars from this amount will be directed for the development and maintenance of state roads.
Subvention to local budgets for the construction and repair of local and municipal roads is more than 505 million dollars.
The Ministry of Infrastructure will receive 110 million dollars. Around 75 million dollars from this sum will be spent to ensure road safety.
As it was reported earlier, the Law on Ukraine’s 2019 state budget comes into force on January 1.
The budget foresees the incomes at the rate of approximately 36 billion U.S. dollars, including incomes of the general fund - 33,1 billion U.S. dollars and incomes of the special fund - 3,4 billion U.S. dollars.
The Ukrainian Parliament passed the law about the state budget for the next year (bill No.9000). 239 MPs voted 'yes' in the second reading, 240 upheld it on the whole. The final voting took place in the early morning of Friday, November 23. The President of Ukraine signed the law on December 7.
