Head of the Ukrainian delegation in the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kravchuk offered to introduce into the delegation a new adviser on communication with the representatives of occupied Donbas to process their offers as Interfax-Ukraine reported citing TCG Spokesperson Oleksiy Arestovych.
“Due to the fact that these issues (offers from the side of occupied Donbas) are extremely sensitive and there is necessity to consider variety of nuances of political settlement, Leonid Makarovych offered the position of a special adviser to make it easier to orient in so many offers, plans, road maps and clusters of settlement that are provided,” the Ukrainian delegate said.
Meanwhile, Arestovych noted that the representative of occupants ‘perceived the idea of Leonid Kravchuk extremely negatively’. The occupied Donbas made a decision that it is displaced from the process.
On March 26, four servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine died as a result of shelling by illegal armed groups in the Donetsk region. Two others were injured.
