The government of Ukraine and the UN in Ukraine signed a framework program of the partnership for the next four years as the press service of the Ministry of the Economic Development and Trade reported.

The expected budget for the program is 675 million dollars. The program provides the main directions of the partnership:

- the stable economic growth, environment and employment;

- equal access to quality and inclusive services and social protection;

- democratic management, the supremacy of law and public participation;

- security of the citizens, social unity and restoration with a special emphasis on the East.

The program provides the joint responsibilities on the support of the reforms, achievement of the international standards, goals of the stable development and order of the day of the stable development until 2030, fulfillment of the conditions of the international conventions, protocols, norms and documents in the sphere of human rights protection by Ukraine.

‘The UN in Ukraine provides the support that aims at the creation of the worthy workplaces and clean environment. We also work to provide the quality, non-discriminatory services for people, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable groups of people. We support the actions on the reforming of the authorities. We concentrate the special attention at the zone of Donbas Conflict, providing the social unity, renewal and presence of the workplaces’, Neal Walker, the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Ukraine noted.
