It is noted that the systems will be transferred as part of US military assistance.
At the same time, Kuleba noted that the United States and Ukraine will be able to reach agreements on other types of lethal and non-lethal defense equipment.
"For obvious reasons, I cannot divulge the details. We expect the visit of the US Secretary of Defense to Ukraine," Kuleba added.
As we reported earlier, the Russian President’s spokesman Dmitriy Peskov criticized US plans to provide military assistance to Ukraine. He believes that this could provoke an escalation in Donbas.
“We believe that this could potentially be a reason for unpredictable actions of the Ukrainian side in terms of attempts to resolve the conflict in the south-east by force. This is very dangerous,” Peskov states.
According to him, the Kremlin "paid attention" to the plans to provide US military assistance to Ukraine.
