The Ukrainian medium-range cargo aircraft An-132D will be presented at the international air show in Paris (unofficially it is called Le Bourget), which will be held on June 19-25 for the 52nd time, Vedomosti agency reports.
A new medium-range cargo aircraft An-132D was developed by the state holding Antonov. Its first flight took place in March this year.
130 planes and helicopters will be shown in Le Bourget Air Show this year. 36 machines from seven countries will take part in the flight program.
One small aircraft plane from Japan and Turkey, two planes of Germany will fly during the show. Brazilian Embraer will show in flight one of its regional and one of the military aircrafts. Six flights will be carried out by American planes, France is unchallenged - 23 flights. Russian state holding United Aircraft Corporation will show models of its entire civilian line. The expected part of the program is the flights of the world aerospace leaders - Airbus and Boeing. The French manufacturer will lift into the air a medium-range aircraft of the new generation A321 Neo and the newest representative of the long-range A350 series - the A350-1000 airliner. Note that both aircraft were not yet used by the airlines. Boeing will show in flight its new medium-range aircraft B737 Max 9.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine plans to export Antonov planes to Kazakhstan. Also, Ukraine offered a new helicopter engine.
