Ukraine to ask Russia to set time frames for fulfilment of ICJ interim decision

Ukraine will address Russia with the request to inform about the time frames for implementation of the interim decision of the International Court of Justice.

This was announced by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Olena Zerkal on air of ICTV channel, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

“The decision has to be fulfilled immediately. And we are going to address Russia with the diplomatic note with the inquiry about how exactly and when Russia is going to fulfill the decision,” Zerkal said.

Russia is demanded to remove all restrictions on entry for the Mejlis leaders, she noted.

"This decision entails many sequential steps that we're going to do to show the world how the decision  is implemented and what Russia is doing - to prevent just a formal enforcement," she added.

Earlier it was reported that International Court of Justice obliged Russia and Ukraine to implement all provisions of Minsk agreements. This was announced by judge Abraham when declaring interim decision of the court. The court reminded that UN Security Council urged Russia and Ukraine to develop the complex of measures for the implementation of Minsk agreements.
