Ukraine supplied over 360 tons of poultry to EU this year

The biggest quantity of products, 126,7 tons of chicken meat were exported to Poland

Ukrainian factories supplied 363,5 tons of poultry products to European Union member states since the beginning of 2017. This was reported by the first deputy head of State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

58,4 tons of chicken meat were delivered to Estonia, 148,8 tons – to Netherlands. 18,6 tons of poultry were supplied to Germany, as well as 11 tons of down-feathers. Poland received 126,7 tons of chicken meat from Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that EU, Asia imposed temporary bans on imports of Ukrainian poultry. The reason is highly pathogenic bird flu, - State Service for Food Safety and Consumers Protection.
