Ukraine is slow to implement the Association Agreement with the European Union. This was stated by the vice-prime minister on European integration Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze at the government session on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"Despite all our achievements, we are lagging behind the schedule of implementation of the agreement, which is very slow.  As I said in March last year Ukraine implemented to its legislation only 26 of scheduled acts of the EU. Apparently, it has to do with the difficulties of work of the government, ministries and the parliament and the imperfection of our bureaucratic procedures, but at the same time I would like to remind everyone that European integration ceases to be a sphere of international relations for Ukraine. We see that, unfortunately, that during three years of functioning of the agreement with the EU,  the changes of our legislation did not go in accordance with the schedule in any of the spheres, " Klympush-Tsintsadze commented.
