Ukraine has sent the third lawsuit against Russia to the World Trade Organization, due to the restriction of the import of Ukrainian produce, as the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine informs.

Ukraine claims that Russia broke its commitments to the WTO by limiting import from Ukraine in 2013-2015.

“During 2013-2015, Russia used a number of restrictive measures as to the import of juices, beer, confectionary products, wallpaper from Ukraine,” the statement reads.

As the ministry points out, these products have basically stopped being imported to Russia. This is why the Ukrainian side demands that Russia holds consultations on this issue.
