The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine explained that the exclusion of Ukraine from the "green list" of the EU will not mean the abolition of visa-free travel and will not provide for the total closure of borders for Ukrainians. The EU provides only recommendations to countries, and the final decision on permitting or banning travel for Ukrainian citizens will be taken by each state separately at the national level.

As we reported, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 26,870 new cases of Covid-19 on October 29. That number includes 1,824 children and 491 medics.
