The first Turkish-made drone complex Bayraktar TB2 has been delivered to Ukraine. This was reported by Ukraine's Ministry of Defense press service.

The drone will be used to monitor and cover the coast and waters of the Black and Azov Seas. If necessary, it can destroy surface and ground objects of the enemy.

Bayraktar TB2 is a Turkish strike operational and tactical medium-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle with a long flight duration. It equipped with an automatic take off and landing system, which simplifies its exploitation.

As it was reported earlier, on July 10, the aircraft of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received the fifth helicopter this year under a contract with Airbus Helicopters. By the end of 2021, Ukraine should receive a total of 28 helicopters as part of the formation and development of the United System of Aviation Security and Civil Protection of MIA. To note, it has already received 14 helicopters from the French manufacturer.
