Ukrainian side reminded that full responsibility rests with the aggressor country

Ukraine is ready to provide any assistance to the families of the dead and injured during the explosion at the Kerch Polytechnic College. Borys Babin, Representative of the Ukrainian President in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, claimed this in the commentary to 112 Ukraine.

‘We are ready to render assistance to the families of the dead and the injured. I want to stress that the full responsibility for the happenings in Crimea rests with the aggressor country. The attempts of Russia in every way to use those facts of incitement of inter-ethnic enmity have to be thoroughly assessed by the international community.

As we reported an explosion thundered at a college in Kerch, the town in the Russian-occupied Crimea. As of now, it is known about the death of 18 people and the injury of 40, most of them are teenagers. The official version is the explosion of an unknown explosive device.

According to the preliminary information, an 18-year-old student of the fourth year of college Vladyslav Roslyakov conducted the mass murder. The investigation reported that Roslyakov shot up people in the college and then committed suicide.
