Ukraine occupies the last place among all European countries in terms of the number of people who received the Covid-19 vaccine. Country's vaccination rate also remains the lowest in Europe. It is reported by the Voice of America.

The UK ranked first in terms of the number of vaccinated citizens. This country began to do mass vaccinations against Covid-19 earlier than other European countries - at the beginning of December 2020. 3,500 vaccinations were made there per every 10,000 people.

As we reported earlier, the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko assured that everyone will be able to receive two doses of Covid-19 vaccine by the end of this year. He announced this on the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel.

"I have calculated and I am telling you officially: now, in 2021, we will vaccinate everyone who has a desire. With two doses. We can give five million shots a month, there is a cascade method, " he said.

Lyashko noted that this vaccination campaign will be different from others. He also guarantees that the campaign will be brought to its logical conclusion.
