“We and Yevhen Marchuk, Ukraine’s representative to the Trilateral Contact Group, sent the 16th letter to Russia’s representative to the group Gryzlov proposing to release hostages and political prisoners on March 30,” Gerashchenko said.

As it was reported, another session of the Trilateral Contact Group on settlement of Donbas conflict is scheduled for March 27 in Minsk (Belarus).

Previous exchange took place on December 27, 2017. After that, Russia has totally blocked the process. Russian representatives in Minsk reject any options offered by the Ukrainian side.
