Ukraine and the militants agreed the date of ‘all for all’ exchange of the prisoners

Ukraine has agreed the exact date of the prisoners’ exchange with the militants on the formula ‘all identified to all identified’. The exchange is planned for December 29 as Kommersant reported.

It is noted that some details of the swap are still elaborated.

On December 23, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko claimed that Minsk talks group has agreed on one group of prisoners to be exchanged between Kyiv and the self-proclaimed republics of Donbas.

Earlier, representatives of the militants in the self-proclaimed "Luhansk People's Republic" (LPR) announced their readiness to change the list of persons for the exchange of prisoners.

Besides, almost half of Ukrainians (44%) believe that the release of Ukrainian sailors and other political prisoners is the event of the year.
