Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko stated that Ukraine will do everything possible to prevent Covid vaccines from being disposed of. However, he does not rule out that such drugs may be transferred to other countries. He said this in an interview with

According to the minister, the expired doses of the coronavirus vaccine will be withdrawn from circulation and then disposed of.

“But we will do everything possible to ensure that the product is not disposed of, but used in Ukraine. If we see that we do not have time to use them, we will talk to our international partners to share and the vaccine will be used where it can be used,” Lyashko explained.

As it was reported earlier, the Covid vaccine Moderna 16 in Mariupol vaccination centers expires on September. In this regard, will have to dispose of 1 thousand doses of this drug.
