Ukraine’s Government terminated some more agreements signed within Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as 112.ua reported.

The Cabinet of Ministers decided to terminate the following agreements:

  • On Inter-Country Exchange of Economic Information (signed on June 26, 1992 in Minsk);
  • On Exchange of Information in Foreign Economic Activity (signed on September 24, 1993 in Moscow);
  • On Cooperation in Foreign Economic Sector (signed on May 12, 1992 in Tashkent).

The explanatory note, which RBK-Ukraine published, says that Ukraine has some obligations in the foreign trade sector, including as a member of WTO and within the Association Agreement with the EU, separate norms of which are inconsistent with the mentioned obligations within CIS.
