The visa-free regime between Kuwait and Ukraine has come into force today, on April 18, 2018, as KUNA reported.

'This agreement comes into force on April 18, in synchrony with the jubilee of the diplomatic relations between two countries', the message said.

As we reported, on March 18, Petro Poroshenko officially visited Kuwait where he agreed on the bilateral liberalization of the visa regime.

Also, Petro Poroshenko held the meeting with Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar during the official visit to the state.

It is noted that the sides positively noted the visible intensification of the Ukraine-Qatar relations and active development of the trade and economic cooperation. Particularly, during the negotiations, the sides noted the presence of the various goods of agricultural industry complex and products of the domestic metallurgy at the Qatari market.
